Reachly Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Reachly, you agree to these Terms. Reachly is operated by Devitify SAS (France). If you use Reachly on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. The service

Reachly is a content and growth engine that helps you generate short videos and other content, schedule and publish it to the social platforms you connect, and surface relevant people through Radar. Features available to you depend on your plan.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reachly to:

• Publish unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent generated content where a platform requires disclosure.
• Spam, mass-message, or otherwise abuse connected platforms or their users.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

5. Your content and IP

You keep ownership of the content you create with Reachly. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and publish it on your behalf when you ask us to. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload and for the content you choose to publish.

6. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, or LinkedIn), your use of it remains subject to that platform's own terms. Reachly acts only on the actions you approve and never auto-posts, auto-follows, or auto-DMs without your explicit action. You can disconnect a platform at any time.

7. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (such as monthly video allowances) reset on your billing date. Prices may change with prior notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account drops to the Free plan. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

9. Disclaimers

Reachly is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific growth, reach, or engagement results. AI-generated output may contain errors — review it before you publish.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Devitify SAS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Reachly after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
